8mm shock cord strap with two-piece plastic buckles

This strap is made from 8mm shock cord with a two-piece plastic buckle which tightly grips the shock cord. These straps are a convenient way of securing items to be held in place with the tensioning of the elastic. We do not recommend that these straps are used to secure luggage to car roof bars or similar because the hooks are plastic. There is a plastic tab covering the hole in the hook so it is less likely to accidentally become unstuck.
