Custom Manufactured Products

We manufacture webbing straps for other companies. Sometimes this involves big orders of products from our webbing strap range and sometimes this involves manufacturing to customer designs as required.  In addition to sewing, we can also add eyelets to products. We have polypropylene webbing in a range of colours and widths, together with a wide range of plastic and metal buckles.

We have an ultrasonic welder and can either weld or sew hook and loop straps as required. Again we can add buckles as required or add eyelets- either 4mm or 9mm. We have hook and loop material in different colours and widths, as well as an elasticated version. These materials are complemented by 

We have several 3D printers including the latest Bambu Labs ones and can 3D print products in PLA plastic. The Bambu Labs machine allows rapid colour changes for multi-colour prints.
